Welcome and orientation

Important information

Here is some important information for your arrival at the College, including the dates of your orientation session according to your program of study. Please read carefully.

Make sure to read the additional information below.

*Note that for all meetings, please bring your 7-digit student ID number and your permanent code (e.g., ABCD12345678).

* International students must attend an integration day in addition to their program-specific welcome and orientation session. Attendance on both days is crucial.

Omnivox Account

You must log into your Omnivox account at least once before orientation.

To do so, go to https://osullivan.omnivox.ca/Login on a computer, NOT on a phone.

If this is your first use, click on “First use”, then enter the information provided when you were accepted (7-digit student number and permanent code made up of 4 letters followed by numbers), as well as your date of birth.

Next, fill out the security questions and create a password. Write it down so you don’t forget it!

*Please download the Omnivox Mobile App on your mobile phone after creating your account. Then log in to your account.

Student Picture

Upload your ID photo for your student card as soon as possible: go to your Omnivox account, go to the Personal File section, and then click Photo for Student File.

Tuition Fees Payment

Also, you must pay the first amount of tuition fees for the semester (see your contract) before  your orientation session.

There are 2 ways to pay:

  • Visa or Mastercard credit card on Omnivox – Payment center *payment method to prioritize* or by telephone at 514-866-4622, ext. 0.
  • Interac Transfer to nkoomson@osullivan.edu 

*If you are unable to pay with these preferred methods, you can come pay with debit card, check or cash, directly at the College reception, from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. 

*For any question regarding loans and bursaries (for local students only), tuition fees, and payment arrangements, you can contact Nina Koomson: nkoomson@osullivan.edu, 514-866-4622, ext. 129,  or Omnivox (MIO).

Student OPUS Card

Starting early August, you can order the OPUS card at a reduced rate for students, at a cost of $15. This card allows you to benefit from a 40% discount on the monthly pass. You can apply online or in person.

The information can be found on the STM website. If you already have an OPUS student card, we recommend that you renew it at the start of the semester.

Class Schedule

You will receive your class schedule during your orientation day.

Course Materials

To obtain the books you need for your courses for the Fall 2025 semester, please follow the instructions below (except Technologie des médias et plateau de tournage). You will need to verify the courses on your schedule and purchase the volumes according to these specifications:

  1. Consult the list of books required for the first semester, according to your program of study.
  2. Mention your affiliation: When ordering, be sure to specify or indicate online that you are a student at Collège O’Sullivan to benefit from a 25% discount on hardcover law books published by Wilson & Lafleur.
  3. You can purchase books directly from the Wilson & Lafleur bookstore in three ways:
  • Online: Place your order directly on their website using THIS LINK.
  • By phone: Contact the team at 514-875-6326, ext. 0.
  • In person: Store address: 445 St-Laurent Boulevard, ground floor, Montreal (Open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.).

For any questions or additional assistance, please wait to ask your questions in person during your orientation session.

Medical Record

You must complete the Mandatory Medical Record Form (only on a computer and NOT a phone) and upload it to your file as soon as possible.

Medical Record Submission Procedure

Lockers 

If required, you will need to bring your own lock for the locker assigned to you on Welcome and Orientation Day (your locker number will be on your class schedule).

Start of School

Reminder: The semester starts on Thursday, August 21. 

 

In Summary

To be ready for Welcome and Orientation Day and the start of the school year, you must:

✔️Log into your Omnivox account

✔️ Download your student picture

✔️ Pay the first amount of your tuition fees 

✔️ Order your OPUS card at the reduced price, if necessary

✔️ Purchase your books according to your upcoming classes this semester

✔️ Submit your medical record form to your account

✔️ Purchase a lock for your locker, if necessary
