Law 25 and the privacy policy
The College recognizes the importance of the confidentiality and sensitivity of users’ personal information and takes necessary and appropriate measures to ensure its protection.
The College has adopted and is ensuring, the application of a privacy policy by the Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information (Bill 25).
The information gathered with the user’s consent allows us to send the user printed or electronic documentation, answer information requests and receive application requests.
We do not sell, rent, relinquish, or lend identifiable information regarding our members to any third party aside from agents working for the College.

Submit a complaint:
Any concerned person, or someone representing the concerned person, may submit a complaint to the person responsible for the access to documents and the protection of personal information when he or she believes that the college’s obligations with respect to the protection of personal information have not been respected in his or her regard, by completing the form provided for this purpose. A privacy complaint may relate to the collection, retention, use, disclosure or destruction of personal information.
