Who should I contact for financial aid?

How do I get an OPUS card with student discount?
You can purchase a reduced-fare OPUS card online on My Omnivox Portal, via the “Opus Card” module.
You will have to pay the $15 fee online for the card, then you will receive your OPUS card in the mail within 7 business days.
Can I recharge my OPUS card at the college?
Yes, you can go to the front desk and charge up your OPUS card online.
Who to contact for help with admissions?
You can contact our admission counsellors at admission@osullivan.edu or come and see them at the reception. They will be able to help you with your admission questions.
When do I receive my schedule?
Students receive their schedule on orientation day, or at the start of the school year.
Does the college loan a computer, or do I need to bring my own?
No, the college follows the BYOD method (Bring Your Own Device) , so everyone is responsible for getting their own computer and equipment. The specifics of the computers required are listed on the page of your program of choice.
* Exception: Students in the ACS Media Technology and Film Set program do not need to have their own computer, they benefit from state-of-the-art computers, accessible in the department’s laboratories to carry out the assignments.
Does the college help with finding an internship?
The college offers a lifetime placement service, which means that it will assist you both during your studies and at the end, in your search for internships and jobs.
The placement counsellor is available to find you internships, perfect your resume and help you excel in the job market.
When does the fall semester start?
The upcoming fall semester starts on thursday, august 22, 2024.

Admission
Is there a deadline to submit an application?
No, there is no deadline to apply. The college operates on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that when you apply, if the number of places is full, your application will be processed for the next school session.
However, if you are an international student, the registration deadline is March 1st for the fall semester, and August 31st for the winter session. For more information, visit this page.
How to register for a program?
To apply for admission, go to the admission page and consult the procedure according to your status.
Do you accept international students?
Yes, we accept applications from international students. Visit this page to see the programs available to you as an international student.
Are admission and/or registration fees refundable if I cancel my application?
These feeds are non-refundable.
What are the next Open House dates?
The next open house is on April 10, 2024. You will have the chance to visit the college and learn more about our study programs. Learn more about our open house.
Do you have student for a day?
The college offers many student for a day activities, in order to give interested candidates a chance to come and experience a day in the life of a student at the college. To learn more about our one-day student days, dates and programs, visit this page.
How long does it take to review my file?
The review time is approximately two to three weeks, but may be longer if we receive a high volume of requests. The back-to-school periods in the fall and winter are very busy and cause delays.

Do you have residences?
The College does not have any residences. However, the counselors can offer you resources to help you with your search.

Programs
What is the difference between a regular DCS in Paralegal Technology and an accelerated DCS in Paralegal Technology?
The Accelerated DCS in Paralegal Technology is an intensive 2-year program, unlike the regular 3-year DCS. To be admitted to the accelerated program in Paralegal Technology, it is imperative to have successfully completed all general education courses at the college level.
What programs include an internship at the end?
All our programs include an internship at the end. The lifelong placement service can help you find it.
Can I work directly after I finish my program?
Our programs are all very technical, and specialized. These programs give you all the tools you need to enter the job market directly after your studies.
Do you have programs that are not DCS?
We offer several Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) programs lasting from 2 to 4 semesters. These programs are technical and offer you specialized training in a variety of fields.
Do you have night classes or week-end classes?
Certain programs offer night classes, but we do not have any week-end classes.

The college offers free tutoring services for anyone who needs academic help.
Can I have financial aid?

Does the school have a cafeteria?
Yes, we have a cafeteria available for students and staff, open Monday to Thursday between 7am and 4pm.
What is a lifelong placement service?
A lifetime placement service is a service offered by the Collège O’Sullivan de Montréal Inc., which allows current and graduate students to benefit from the help of the placement counsellor to find an internship or a job at any time.
This service provides every student and college graduate with lifelong job search assistance.
