Immo Alliances offers personalized service in finding rental accommodations (according to needs and budgets) for college students. With several buildings and projects in Montreal, they have high-end residences, new or recently renovated, of 3, 4 or 5 1\/2 in strategic locations on the Island of Montreal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Their two main buildings are: <\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Building at 1434 Ste-Catherine Street<\/strong>, located just above the police station, for maximum security, directly downtown and a short walk from the college (Opening Friday, August 15th). <\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Building on Hickson Street (De l’\u00c9glise metro station)<\/strong> (Opening Monday, September 15th)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Immo Alliances offers a welcome service beyond rentals (help with housing regulations, advice on integrating into the city of Montreal, airport transportation, etc.), and support before and after your move, with assistance at all times, according to your needs. <\/span><\/p>\n
